62 Bed Elderly and Nursing Care Home, Norfolk
Having completed a care village scheme comprising 50 extra care houses to sit alongside Castlemeadow Care’s 100 bed care home in Swanton Morley, Northstar were asked to go on to design and deliver a 62 bed specialist elderly care facility in Long Stratton in Norfolk. Another green field site development, the planning argument for exceptional circumstances had to be made. We were successful in arguing this through Planning Committee. The care home is situated to the rear of the local health centre with easy access to the village centre.
